Recalled product can't simply be skipped. It has to be kept out of the resale market, handled in line with its material content and destroyed in a way you can evidence afterwards. Where a recall involves batteries, pressurised components or hazardous substances, there's a safety dimension on top of the commercial one.
We handle recalled, defective, counterfeit, obsolete and seized stock across consumer electronics, automotive components, appliances, retail goods and branded products. We work with manufacturers, retailers, distributors, logistics providers, insurers and enforcement agencies.

How it works
Tell us what's been recalled, where it is and how quickly it needs to move. We'll assess the material content, recommend containers and arrange collection through approved channels, using our own ADR fleet where batteries or hazardous components are involved.
Stock is then processed at our permitted facility, where products are destroyed and separated so materials can be recovered wherever possible rather than simply landfilled.
You'll receive certificates of destruction and complete traceability throughout. Video evidence and in-person witnessing can be arranged where you need to demonstrate destruction to a customer, regulator or insurer.
